Imperial Carpets started with a shop in Willesden NW10 in the early 1980s. and started
working as a mobile showroom, calling on customers with samples from 2004.

Apart from email addresses, no customer information is kept on any computer.

Delivery and Fitting Times
Time from ordering to fitting is usually two weeks or whenever you request a date. We arrange
a date with you at time of ordering and it is given with your estimate.
Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
As products are ordered for your specific requirements, colour, size, etc., no cancellations can be
accepted once goods have been cut/despatched from our suppliers. Cancellations prior to this will be
subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of items (not the labour costs) and deducted from any refund due.
